This next-generation TL-SG1024D Gigabit Switch features the latest innovative energy-efficient technologies that can greatly expand your network capacity with much less power consumption. With its 10KB Jumbo packet, the performance of large file transfers is greatly improved. IEEE 802.3x flow control for Full Duplex mode and backpressure for Half Duplex mode alleviate traffic congestion and make the TL-SG1024D's work reliably. This Gigabit Switch's auto-negotiation features make installation plug-and-play and hassle-free. No configuration is required. Its auto MDI/MDIX eliminates the need for crossover cables, and its auto-negotiation on each port detects a network device's link speed (10, 100, or 1000 Mbps) and intelligently adjusts for optimal compatibility and performance.
