GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Pre-contractual information

This website TiendaCables is owned by AVALON RESOURCES SL, with Tax ID (CIF) B64653314 and registered address at Sepúlveda 166, bajos, 08011, Barcelona.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the distance-selling relationship between AVALON RESOURCES SL and the user or customer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular:

  • Spanish Act 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Terms.
  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) on the protection of personal data.
  • Spanish Act 7/1996, of 15 January, on Retail Trade.
  • Spanish Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

AVALON RESOURCES SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms. Such changes shall be binding from the moment they are published on the website. However, in certain cases, Particular Conditions may apply in preference to these General ones where deemed appropriate.

The purpose of the website is the sale of AUDIOVISUAL ELECTRONICS AND IT PRODUCTS.

The term of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal. As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general terms and conditions of sale, and that you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity.

Purchase and Registration Process

To purchase our products, please go to the online shop section. During the purchase process, the user must identify themselves with their credentials. These details are confidential and the user is responsible for safeguarding them.

Once the purchase process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us on 930078980 or by email at info@tiendacables.com.

Offer, Validity and Prices

All products state their sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). For products on offer, the price and the validity period of the offer will be indicated. AVALON RESOURCES SL reserves the right to withdraw or restock products on the website.

Warranties

In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all new products offered on the website carry a 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity from delivery of the product. For second-hand products, this warranty will be at least 1 year.

The customer may enforce the warranty by contacting AVALON RESOURCES SL by email at info@tiendacables.com or by calling 930078980. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling by the user.

Payment Methods and Security

The customer may choose from the following options:

  • Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD): Transactions are carried out in a secure SSL environment. Card details are entered directly into the bank's payment gateway (Redsys), so AVALON RESOURCES SL does not record or store such data.
  • Bank Transfer: The order will be validated once receipt of the full amount in our accounts is confirmed.
  • PayPal: A secure and convenient real-time payment method.
  • SeQura (Deferred or instalment payment): Allows you to split the payment according to the conditions offered by the platform at the time of purchase.
  • BIZUM: Fast and secure payment linked to your phone number.

Delivery and Order Fulfilment

AVALON RESOURCES SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. In the event of stock unavailability, the customer will be informed within a maximum of 30 days, offering the option of a similar product or a refund of the amounts paid.

Data Protection

In accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the LOPDGDD 3/2018, your personal data will be processed by AVALON RESOURCES SL to manage your purchase and the contractual relationship. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and other legal rights by sending an email to info@tiendacables.com together with a copy of your ID document.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force in Spanish territory. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to consumer arbitration or turn to the ordinary courts, in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence. AVALON RESOURCES SL has its registered office in Barcelona, Spain.
