Refund policy

If you wish to return your order or have any complaint, please send us an email at pedidos@tiendacables.com with your details, order number and the reason for the return.

Deadlines and Conditions:

  • Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  • Notification: To exercise your right, send us an email with your details and order number. A notification sent before the deadline expires will be valid.
  • Returning products: Once you have notified us, you must return the product in perfect condition (except for the handling necessary to establish its nature and functioning) within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

  • Refund: This will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days once we receive the product or proof of its return, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products made to customer-specific specifications.
  • Goods sealed for health reasons that have been unsealed.
  • Goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Recordings, sealed software or other security products that have been unsealed.
  • Goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the trader's control.

Returns for In-Store Purchases:

The return period is a MAXIMUM of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To make exchanges and returns, the following are required:

  • Receipt
  • Original packaging
  • Product seals

** We do not exchange or return headphones, Apple products, consumables, storage devices, etc. — products liable to be used and returned. An RMA or warranty claim will be processed instead.

** Returns are not accepted for products ordered on request or made to measure.
