Shipping policy
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:
Spain – Mainland Service:
- €6.50 VAT incl. for orders under €50. Orders over €50 VAT incl.: free shipping (B2C channel customers).
- Transit time 24h/48h from when it leaves our warehouse.
- B2B channel: free shipping on orders over €300 + VAT.
Spain – Balearic Islands Service:
- €9.00 VAT incl. for orders under €50. Orders over €50 VAT incl.: free shipping (B2C channel customers).
- Transit time 24h/48h from when it leaves our warehouse.
Spain – Canary Islands Service:
- €15.00 VAT incl.
- Transit time 7 to 10 days from when it leaves our warehouse.
- Carrier: Correos Postal.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase, so that the customer always approves it before confirming payment. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery.
To avoid problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, please provide us with a contact telephone number where you can be reached.
TiendaCables undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user on the order form, within normal working hours.
TiendaCables will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the shipping address entered by the user on the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted. If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery.
If, after seven business days from the order being sent out for delivery, delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact TiendaCables.
