Wi-Fi range extender that plugs straight into the wall and widens the coverage of the network already in the home, with no cables and no building work. It works on both bands at once: 433 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, which adds up to the 750 Mbps of the AC750 name.
Setting it up is a one-button job: press WPS on the router and on the RE200 and it is paired. The signal strength LED indicators on the front help in choosing the right socket: if the signal reaching it is weak, it is better to move it closer to the router.
It has a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, so it also serves to give wired network to a TV, a console or a desktop computer sitting in the poorly covered area. It can work as a range extender or as an access point, and hardware version V5 supports WPA3 and is compatible with EasyMesh.
