It has four Thunderbolt 4 ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2. With two monitors it reaches 4K at 60 Hz on each; with a single one, up to 8K at 30 Hz. Data transfer is 40 Gbps, enough to work directly off an external SSD without noticing it is not inside the laptop.
The supplied 20 V, 6 A power adapter delivers 60 W to the laptop and leaves headroom to charge a phone, watch or tablet on the remaining ports at the same time.

Compatibility. It works with laptops and tablets with a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port, and with USB-C ports that support DisplayPort Alt Mode. A USB-C port without Alt Mode will not carry video. Compatible with Apple M1; on Mac it is worth checking how many monitors your particular model supports, because the limit is set by the computer and not the dock.
