Mobile High Definition Link (MHL) is an interface for connecting mobile devices with digital audio output and an HD video interface. It connects portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, digital cameras, camcorders, tablets, and portable media players to full-screen HDTVs (including projectors and other displays) that support Full HD 1080p resolution. With an MHL-to-HDMI connection, the mobile device becomes a fully compatible HDMI source and can be connected to the standard HDMI input port of a Full HD display.
The TCMHL03 includes a female microUSB connection for power, a male microUSB data jack, and a female HDMI connector to connect a cable with a male HDMI connector as a FULLHD HDMI data output.
