A long power strip forces you to line the sockets up and always ends with two power adapters covering each other. This one is cube shaped, with a socket on each face, so large adapters fit without getting in each other's way.
There are four earthed Schuko sockets plus two USB ports of 1.05 A each, to charge a phone, earbuds or a card reader without taking up a whole socket.
The switch is illuminated and cuts all four sockets at once: you can see from across the room whether the strip has been left on, which is what matters when it feeds a desktop setup or a TV.
