Active USB 2.0 cable by Vivolink, 10 metres long, with USB-A male at both ends. It has a built-in amplifier that regenerates the signal, which is what allows it to reach 10 metres: a normal USB 2.0 cable, without electronics, is limited to about 5.

An A-A male-to-male cable has specific uses: devices that have a female USB-A port as an input, some KVMs or signage devices.
