Internal cable for use inside the computer. It plugs into the motherboard's 19-pin USB 3.0 header and provides a USB 2.0 header at the other end, so you can connect front ports, card readers or other USB 2.0 modules when the only free connector on the motherboard is the USB 3.0 one.
It is not an adapter for external USB ports. It runs at USB 2.0 speed, up to 480 Mbit/s, with up to 900 mA, and is about 45 cm long.
