Euroconnex single-mode duplex fibre optic patch cable, with SC/APC connectors at both ends: two fibres, two connectors per side. It is the one used to connect the fibre ONT to the router, or an optical distribution frame to the equipment.
APC stands for angled physical contact polish, and you can recognise it by the green connector. It is not compatible with UPC connectors, which are blue: before buying, check the colour of the connector on your equipment.
The fibre is G.657.A2, bend-insensitive: it allows tighter bend radii with less loss, which helps when the cable has to go round corners or through trays. The jacket is LSZH, halogen-free, 3 mm in diameter.
