This cable solves the problem for configurations where the hard drive and motherboard have a SATA connector on one side and an eSATA connector on the other. It's designed for external SATA installations and supports bidirectional serial transmission at data transfer speeds of 3.0Gb/s, or approximately 300MB/s.
Compliant with UL2725 26AWG standard. This shielded cable features a 7-pin female SATA connector (eSATA 7-pin H) on one end and a 7-pin SATA connector (SATA 7-pin H) on the other. For added safety, the SATA connectors have a metal latch to prevent disconnection unless the latch is pressed. The cable length is 2 meters.
