This patch cable is both, and it's important to understand this before comparing prices: it's made with Cat7 bulk cable (600 MHz, double shielded) and terminated with Cat6a RJ45 connectors. The connector is what sets the real limit for the assembly, so the cable performs at 10 Gbps at 500 MHz, which is the Cat6a specification. Any patch cable terminated with RJ45 works this way: pure Cat7 requires GG45 or TERA connectors.
