100 metre reel of solid Cat6 U/UTP network cable, with AWG24 oxygen-free copper conductors (OFC, 99.9 %). It is bulk cable with no connectors: cut to length and terminate with RJ45 connectors or on wall outlets and patch panels.
Being solid, it is the cable for fixed installation: through trunking, conduit or false ceilings, from a network point to the rack. For patch cords that are bent and moved often, flexible cable is better. It delivers Gigabit connections (10/100/1000 Mbit/s).
As it is solid copper and not copper-clad aluminium (CCA), it keeps the cross-section and resistance required by the standard over long runs. The jacket is grey and the cable is flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2. Made by AISENS, reference A135-0261.
