Fonestar wall speaker from the SONORA series, meant for public address, background music and ambient sound. It is low impedance, 8 ohms, so it connects to an ordinary amplifier and does not need a 100 V line.
It is genuinely ready for outdoor use: aluminium grille, IP66 protection and a salt spray test to IEC 60068-2-11, which is the one that matters if it is installed near the sea. The screws are stainless steel and the bracket has a weatherproofing treatment.
It fits a 4" polypropylene woofer and a ½" tweeter, with a response of 120 to 20,000 Hz and 30 W RMS. It includes the bracket, adjustable ±60° in every direction, and a steel safety cable, which in an installation at height is not an extra but a requirement.
There are two finishes, white and black.
