Link Down Detection: When a network device is shut down and/or a link down is detected, the power consumption adjustment feature automatically reduces consumption. The switch's power consumption is automatically adjusted according to the link status and the number of active network devices.

Cable Length Detection: Devices equipped with this eco-friendly feature can automatically detect the length of connected Ethernet cables and adjust power usage accordingly. The shorter the cable length, the less power it consumes.

Supports high-speed networks and jumbo frames

The ES-5800G V3 is an excellent solution for expanding your Gigabit network. With Gigabit speed, the ES-5800G V3 offers great flexibility and high bandwidth connectivity to servers, workstations and other connected devices. It saves you time when transferring large files. It also supports 9K Jumbo Frames to improve network utilization when transmitting large files.

Supports auto-negotiation

Each port of the ES-5800G V3 can automatically distinguish connected network devices running at 10Mbps, 100Mbps, and 1000Mbps in full/half duplex. The ES-5800G V3 can adjust the speed and mode accordingly.

Easy to use

The ES-5800G V3 features Plug and Play and supports all types of network protocols to make network installation and management quick and easy. Indicator LEDs provide a quick and easy way to read port and switch information.

Optional power supply

The ES-5800G V3 can be powered via the USB port of a PC or other device without the need for a power outlet or via an AC power supply (*USB power cable included. Requires 1A USB power adapter, not included.)
