No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

To avoid problems in case you are not at home at the time of delivery, it will be necessary for you to provide us with a contact telephone number where we can locate you.
TiendaCables is committed to delivering the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user on the order form, within normal business hours.
TiendaCables will not be responsible for delivery errors when the shipping address entered by the user on the order form is incorrect or incomplete. If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification explaining how to arrange a new delivery.
If delivery has not been arranged within seven business days of the order being dispatched, the user must contact TiendaCables.

Terms and Conditions:
- Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
- Communication: To exercise your right, please send us an email with your details and order number. Communications sent before the deadline will be valid.
- Product returns: Once notified, you must return the product in perfect condition (excluding handling necessary to understand its nature and operation) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

- Refund: It will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days once we receive the product or proof of its return, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products made to custom specifications.
- Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed.
- Goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
- Recordings, sealed computer programs, or other unsealed security products.
- Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that are uncontrollable by the merchant.
